Delivery
Our Standard delivery charge is £60. All brick slips and stone have to be delivered via pallet service due to the fragile nature of the goods.
Delivery of samples is free of charge, this is built in to the cost of the samples.
We try and ensure all samples are delivered within 3 working days of placing your order. Once we receive your sample order we send it to our warehouse to pack and dispatch. Once dispatched we will update your order status with your tracking number.
For full orders these are delivered in 5-7 working days. These are delivered via the pallet netowkr and depending on the delivery depot company tracking may or may not be provided. We do kindly send instrutions on your paperowkr to call prior to delivery and we will email you the day before.
Samples are delivered by one of our parcel couriers such as DPD, APC or Yodel. We try our best to use the same couriers each time but due to industiral action we sometimes have to change.
Full Orders are delivered via pallet service. These are on rigid trucks with a tail lift to off-load the pallet. Pallets are delivered to the kerb edge only as the machine used is unable to get up kerbs.
Depending on the product this varies. All of our brick slip samples will include 4 loose brick slips. Stone Cladding Is Up To 3 Pieces
With brick tiles we send a cut of the tile.
Payments
We try our best to make sure your brick slips arrive in perfect condition! Sometimes couriers can mis-handle goods which can lead to damages.
For any damages please contact us on live chat or via email at sales@brick-slips.co within 48 hours. We will then arrange for replacements to be sent out.
Returns
We offer a 14 day money back gurantee! If you are not happy with your brick slips you can contact us to arrange a return, once returned and inspected we will issue you a full refund minus the delivery fees.
We also offer refundable samples, if you dont like them simply contact us to return them and we will arrange a refund.

A brick slip is essentialy a thin piece of brick that can be installed like a tile to give a brick effect finish.
Pre-cast brick slips are made from different materials, depending on what your requirements are. You can choose from brick slips that are made from clay, or those made from manufactured materials such as cement and pumice.
