Our Delivery speeds vary across our brick slips, and variants such as samples taking around 3 working days, and full orders take 3-8 working days, check out delivery policy for more information.

All orders of boxes and corners for brick slips (regardless of quantities) are sent via pallet service.

Deliveries come by means of a rigid vehicle with tail lift and an onboard manual pallet truck. Truck sizes can vary from 18 – 28 tonne trucks and if you think this may be too large you should inform us so we can discuss it with you.

Please note we are unable to deliver brick slips to any address that have restrictions on HGV’s, weight limits or loading/unloading hours, please contact us first prior to placing your order.

Brick Slips must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Brick slips must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be returned using pallet service with a fully insured courier, to arrange a return simply email sales@brick-slips.uk.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
