Deliveries are made via pallet company and are delivered within 6-8 working days Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

Our Standard Pallet Delivery Charge Is £60-£80

Samples are delivered free of charge.

Deliveries come by means of a rigid vehicle with tail lift and onboard manual pallet truck. Truck sizes can vary from 18 – 28 tonne trucks and if you think this may be too large you should inform us so we can discuss it with you. Please note we are unable to deliver to any address that have restrictions on HGV’s, weight limits or loading/unloading hours, please contact us first prior to placing your order.

We send all of our products out as soon as they are manufactured. They may appear darker and/or wet when delivered. This is to improve delivery speeds. It can take 1-2 weeks for the product to fully dry out to their finished colour (as per product images) large stone orders over 16 square meters are sent via crate.

Our deliveries are classed as Kerbside deliveries , we and our delivery companies are not insured to enter your property, we will always endeavour to deliver your goods to the nearest hardstanding point to your property, in some circumstances this may not be possible (restricted access streets, loading restrictions, narrow or one way streets, if you live in a block of flats or a property not accessible by our vehicles.

If you have a gravel drive you should understand that it is impossible to remove heavy consignments by means of a tail lift and pallet truck. If you have a gravel drive you may have to split the consignment and remove them by hand from the truck or the driver may have to leave the pallet on the nearest hard standing for you to split and carry at your convenience. The Pallet trucks can only operate on a flat smooth surface such as tarmac or concrete. It is not the drivers job to carry goods for you and whilst they may try to accommodate they are not obliged to do so.

Deliveries to NI will be subject to an additional £140 Delivery fee due to the costs to end a pallet to NI. This will be charged after sale. You are welcome to arrange your own pallet company should you find it cheaper.

We accept no Third-Party liability therefore do not book an installer until your goods have arrived, have been inspected and match the product ordered.

Deliveries to British & Scottish Islands including but not limited to Isle Of Man, Orkney Islands and Isle Of Wight are subject to a discretionary surcharge of £145 and deliveries may be up to 14 working days. 

All orders of boxes and corners (regardless of quantities are sent via pallet service) orders for samples that contain corners will have the corner refunded or, if it is required we will send an invoice for a pallet charge.

Orders placed in December may be up to 10 working days. Due to demand and delivery restrictions.

Orders for stone are sent in even boxes which means the orders will be distributed between an even number of boxes. Each containing more then the 0.8m2. Corners are boxes at 1.5m - 2m per box.

Orders over 10 boxes will be delivered loose in a crate.

All deliveries require a signature . You will need to be present at the time off delivery to sign for your delivery, if nobody is present and the driver delivers your goods without a signature, they will not be able to return to move the delivery if it is in the wrong location.

We send a delivery notification no later then the evening before the delivery. These are pallet deliveries so they are not trackable nor timed it is an open delivery window between 8am and 5pm. We do ask the third party couriers to call 1 hour before but, that is at their discretion..

Failed delivery will incur re-delivery costs starting at £60 but will be the value that we are invoiced at. A missed delivery that has to be returned to us would incur two delivery charges. In the event that the order is cancelled, your failed delivery, re-delivery- return delivery and re-route deliveries will be deducted from your refund.

Any deliveries that the customer diverts will include an additional delivery charge of £80.00

all of our delivery charges are set. And non-refundable. If a customer wishes to cancel as a result of having being charged a further delivery charge for a failed delivery or re-directing. We will cancel the order and refund the order minus original delivery charge and additional delivery charge.
