Most full orders of brick slips, brick slip corners and stone cladding are heavy, so they are sent through a pallet company to protect the boxes in transit.
Brick slips and stone slips are delivered kerb-side only. This means the driver will place the pallet at the nearest suitable hardstanding point where it is safe and possible to unload.
Use the timescales below as a guide when planning your brick slip or stone cladding project. Do not book an installer until your goods have arrived, been inspected and match the product ordered.
Samples are delivered free of charge so you can check the colour, texture and finish of your preferred brick slips or stone cladding before committing to a larger order.
If a sample order includes corner pieces, the corner may be refunded or a pallet charge invoice may be required because corner pieces are larger and can be more difficult to send safely by small courier.
Delivery charges are fixed and non-refundable. Missed deliveries, returns and redirected deliveries may incur additional costs.
When ordering heavy decorative walling products online, delivery is part of the project plan. Our brick slips collection includes brick tiles, brick cladding and corner pieces that are normally delivered by pallet service for safer handling.
Before ordering UK brick slips for a fireplace, kitchen, feature wall, exterior wall or living room project, check that a large vehicle can safely access the delivery address. For stone slips and stone cladding, larger orders can be heavier and may need crate delivery.
