What to expect from a pallet delivery
Most full orders are heavy and are delivered on a pallet. Please read the access, unloading and failed-delivery information below before choosing your delivery address.
The delivery address needs suitable access for a large vehicle and a firm, level surface for a pallet truck. Gravel, steep slopes, steps, narrow roads, low branches and restricted access can prevent unloading. You are responsible for moving goods from the delivery point.
Make sure an adult is available, keep the contact phone nearby and leave the unloading area clear. Delivery dates and time windows are estimates until the courier confirms them, so do not book installers until the order has arrived and been checked.
If nobody is available, access is unsafe or the delivery is refused without prior agreement, the pallet may be returned to the depot. A redelivery, return or storage charge may need to be paid before another attempt is arranged.
Check for damage before fitting
Inspect the pallet, packaging and visible goods when they arrive. Record any damage on the delivery note where possible, take clear photographs and contact us promptly with your order number. Keep all packaging and do not install damaged goods while the issue is reviewed.

Samples are sent by parcel courier, not on a pallet. They may be dispatched separately from accessories or a full order, so they can arrive on a different day.
